Champagne Punch Recipes

These are some of the best champagne punch recipes to serve at wedding receptions, anniversary parties or any time you just want to celebrate.

Every is delicious and easy to make.

When serving your punch, it is important to chill the bowl in advance. You can do this by filling the bowl with cracked ice.

Remove the ice just before you pour in the liquid.

CHAMPAGNE PUNCH

Makes 20 servings.

Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 (10 oz.) package sliced strawberries
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup cointreau
1 4/5 quart champagne
1 (1 pt 12 oz) bottle carbonated water
Orange slices

Directions

In large bowl dissolve sugar in lemon juice. Add strawberries, orange juice, and Contreau. Chill at least 1 hour. Pour into punch bowl and add champagne and carbonated water. Add orange slices.

CHAMPAGNE PUNCH II

Ingredients

2 small cans frozen orange juice
1 small can frozen pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 quartt cranberry cocktail juice
1 quart 7-up
2 bottles Champagne

Directions

Mix first three ingredients, ADD NO WATER. Just before serving add last three ingredients that have been chilled.

Make an ice ring with cranberry juice.

CHAMPAGNE TEA

Makes 50 servings.

Ingredients

Three magnums of domestic champagne
One quart brandy
Several dashes of bitters

Directions

Mix punch ingredients together in large punch bowl.

Use a molded ice ring.

HOW TO MAKE AN ICE RING

Pour juice or water into an 8 inch ring mold. Freeze until solid.

How To Make A Fruit Ice Ring

Use any combination of lime, lemon or orange slices. Arrange the fruit slices in a pattern in the bottom of an 8 inch ring mold. Add only enough water or juice to cover fruit and freeze solid. When frozen, fill mold with water or juice and freeze again.

Christmas Wreath Ice Ring

Place red and green cherries around the bottom of ring mold. Cover with water and freeze solid. When frozen fill the mold with water and freeze again.

To unmold the ice ring, dip bottom of mold into warm water.
